Who Is Tyrone Po?
Tyrone Po is the owner of SERVPRO Fort Lauderdale North and SERVPRO of Plantation. He is an entrepreneur who is building a water, mold and fire remediation and restoration business that is helping residential and commercial customers throughout Broward County. He was drawn to SERVPRO by the outstanding service he experienced himself as a customer on three occasions. He saw first hand how SERVPRO technicians cared about helping customers get control back of their lives after something bad had happened and how they conducted themselves with professionalism.
Tyrone Po is a first-generation American. His father worked in the hospitality business, and Ty believes he inherited his “customer service gene” from him. Throughout his career — in banking, corporate strategy and now SERVPRO, he has been passionate about increasing employee engagement and improving customer experiences. As a SERVPRO owner, he is working hard to foster a customer centric culture and is pleased that he is able to offer employees a work environment that provides opportunities for growth, training, industry certifications and a real career path.
Tyrone Po and his SERVPRO franchises are engaged in our communities. He is active in the Greater Ft. Lauderdale and Plantation chambers, Leadership Broward as well as in a number of professional associations. He is also a pound supporter of local organizations such as the American Red Cross and Kids in Distress.
